Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates the patient’s condition and care plan.
• Collaborates with the care team to coordinate patient flow and safety.
• Maintains documentation of assessments, changes in condition, care delivered, and incidents.
