Prisma Health’s Blount Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Telemetry unit. You will provide direct patient care in an acute inpatient setting, using evidence-based nursing practices, and collaborate with physicians and the care team. Night shifts may be required, with adherence to safety and compliance standards.

The role emphasizes patient/family-centered care, care planning, and discharge coordination while maintaining professional licensure and ongoing education.

Formación

• Nursing knowledge across acute inpatient care.
• Ability to perform assessments and care planning.
• Competency with safety, infection control, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care in an acute inpatient setting.
• Develop and update patient care plans with input from the care team.
• Assess patient status, initiate interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, policies, and safety protocols.
