Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active Texas RN license.
• Required BLS certification; CPI training within 30 days of hire is preferred.
• Ability to work in a behavioral health unit and communicate clearly.
• Experience or readiness to handle diverse patient needs and bilingual contexts.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care per Texas Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
• Administer medications and therapies safely and accurately.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Document nursing actions and maintain accurate records.
• Educate patients and families and participate in care planning.
