Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift to provide patient-centered rehabilitation care in a supportive, high-tech environment. This full-time position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow within a national leader in post-acute care.

You will supervise care, assess patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help patients reach recovery goals while delivering compassionate, individualized support

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
