Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits starting on day one, including health, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan.

As a nurse on our team, you’ll supervise care, assess patients, tailor rehabilitation plans, and collaborate across departments to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required per state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.
