Job summary

Pioneer Point Recovery near Lake Tenkiller, Oklahoma, seeks a dependable Overnight Recovery Care Advocate to join our residential treatment team. The RCA provides an awake, attentive presence during the night to support safety and the therapeutic environment.

The role includes safety checks, monitoring the environment, responding to client needs, documenting observations, and assisting with crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or residential settings preferred.
• Experience with individuals with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Character, reliability, judgment, and ability to connect with people are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine client safety and wellness checks throughout the night.
• Monitor the residential environment and respond to client needs or concerns after hours.
• Document relevant observations and events for the incoming team each morning.
• Assist with crisis intervention when necessary and maintain professional boundaries.
• Maintain the rhythm of the program, supporting bedtime and nighttime routines.
• Prepare the environment for the following day and help ensure a smooth morning schedule.
