Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Rapid Response Team (RRT) Nurse to provide skilled, compassionate care during nights. You will coordinate assessments, prioritize interventions, and ensure safe delivery of age-appropriate care, while documenting outcomes and collaborating with the care team.

As an experienced critical care nurse, you will educate staff, develop guidelines, monitor data trends, and support ongoing quality improvement within Wellstar’s integrated health system in Georgia.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required on hire
• Current Georgia RN license on hire preferred
• Minimum 2 years of nursing practice in a critical care environment

Responsibilities

• Responds to RRT calls and coordinates patient care during events
• Communicates with medical staff and departments to ensure outcomes
• Documents assessments and interventions in patient records
• Develops and implements RRT practice guidelines
• Monitors patient outcomes and conducts follow-up
