Job summary

Geisinger Wyoming Valley (GWV) seeks a Radiologic Technologist for night shift. You will perform radiographic and fluoroscopic exams, operate imaging equipment, ensure proper positioning, and maintain related records. The role supports QA/QC and student training in a clinical setting.

Education includes graduation from a radiologic technology program and ARRT certification within 24 months. The position offers a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants and a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a radiologic technology program is required.
• ARRT certification within 24 months is expected.

Responsibilities

• Performs standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic exams with proper positioning and exposure.
• Operates all modality equipment and adjusts immobilization and shielding as needed.
• Reviews patient size, thickness, age and condition to select technique.
• Assists physicians in procedures and reports equipment malfunctions.
• Maintains records and supports QA/QC activities and student training.
