Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA-approved training program in Radiologic Technology.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid certification from ARRT necessary.

Responsibilities

• Take high-quality radiographs of patients.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and room.

Skills

Knowledge of diagnostic radiographic procedures

Technical proficiency in x-ray equipment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

Completion of a 24-month Radiologic Technology program

Valid ARRT certification

Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
