Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic exams in the department, surgery, or at the bedside, producing high-quality images for radiologist review.

This full-time Night shift (3/12s; 1830p-0700a) includes weekend, call, and holiday rotation. Proficiency with EPIC and IMPAX, and completion of QC on equipment are required, with ARRT, KBMIRT, and BCLS credentials expected within specified times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Active KBMIRT at time of hire.
• ARRT within 90 days of hire.
• BCLS certified within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic exams in the department, surgery, or at the bedside.
• Produce high-quality images for radiologist review.
• Complete quality control (QC) on equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Verify patient identity and orders, adhering to departmental protocols and safety.
• Assist radiologists when needed and manage supplies and equipment maintenance reporting.
• Proficiency with EPIC and IMPAX systems to complete and manage studies.
