Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and families in a warm, welcoming manner
• Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for exams
• Assist radiology staff with tests and interventional procedures
• Transfer patients and assist with mobility and lifting
• Maintain infection control and equipment cleanliness
• Keep patients informed of wait times and status
• Safely move and transport supplies, IV poles and oxygen tanks
• Support departmental projects and team communications
