Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect threaded products per work order, drawings, and specifications to ensure conformance.
• Perform First Article Inspection before full production begins.
• Record information on inspection sheets and sign off on work orders and router forms.
• Mark non-conforming parts with yellow or red indicators and tape as appropriate.
• Ensure measurement equipment has current calibration and is stored properly.
• Sign off on documentation as required by Benoit SOP and ensure product conformance.
