Job summary

Benoit Premium Threading LLC is hiring a Thread Inspector to inspect threaded products in Ennis, TX, ensuring compliance with drawings, work orders, and specifications. The role reports to the Quality leadership and enforces the company’s values of Service, Quality, Integrity, and Innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering or inspection preferred but not required.
• Proficient with inspection tools and measurement equipment such as gauges and calipers.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Inspect threaded products per work orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Record inspection results on Daily Inspection Records and sign off paperwork.
• Maintain calibration status of measuring equipment and report issues.
• Identify and tag non-conforming parts with yellow for recuts or red for scrap.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies.
