Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor QA staff conducting tests on raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure GMP, sanitation, and food safety practices are followed; audit specifications.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and annual training on quality and safety programs.
• Serve as HACCP Coordinator and SQF Practitioner.
• Lead internal audits and support recall and corrective action activities.
• Review non-conforming materials and drive corrective actions.
