Shearer’s Foods, a Massillon, OH–based snack manufacturer, seeks a Quality and Food Safety Supervisor to lead QA programs, drive food safety culture, and ensure regulatory compliance across the facility.

Quality and Food Safety Supervisor
The Quality Food Safety Supervisor is responsible for leading quality assurance and food safety programs to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role supervises quality team members, promotes a culture of food safety, and drives continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
