Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a motivated Inspector/Packer on the Pittman Schedule for Crestline, OH. The role is 2nd shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 3 days/4 days rotating schedule and a $19/hour pay rate.

This contingent position supports automotive manufacturing and offers potential for direct hire based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities include inspecting, packaging parts, reading instructions, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including understanding and following detailed verbal instructions.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or automotive experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
