Qualifications

• Ability to distinguish product colors and pass color vision tests.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Ability to read safety rules and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency in writing routine reports and forms clearly.
• Basic math skills for proportions and measurements.
• Familiarity with basic office software and quality software.
• Ability to verify product characteristics with measurement tools.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Verify operators' work in inspection and testing to ensure quality.
• Maintain traceability records per quality procedures.
• Verify correct labeling and information on products.
• Review finished items on hold for compliance with specs.
• Assist in resolving quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in SPC, capability studies, and QMS activities.
• Audit jobs with known issues and collaborate to drive improvements.
• Document audit results and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Place non-conforming products on hold per procedures.
