Job summary

NIBCO is seeking a Quality Auditor for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) to inspect products, perform lab testing, and ensure compliance with NSF, UPC, CSA and IAPMO standards. Responsibilities include documenting findings, maintaining records, and coordinating with production teams to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and experience with micrometers or measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect & test finished products at machine & in lab
• Inspect product at beginning of each start-up to verify compliance to applicable standards
• Maintain records of inspected product as required and report all substandard conditions
• Reject product that does not meet or exceed applicable standards
• Advise shift supervisors & troubleshooters of any substandard product & need to corrective action to meet or exceed quality guidelines
• Prepare & make available all reports concerning quality & testing to keep all responsible persons aware of current quality conditions.
• Calibration responsibility
• 3-part mold trialing sheets
• Conduct Final Packaging Audits
• Support and comply with safety programs
• Perform all other duties as assigned
