Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking a QC Team Leader for a third shift onsite role in West Virginia. You will lead quality technicians, ensure final products meet specifications, and support customer-focused quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate has front-line leadership experience, strong technical/analytical abilities, and experience with metrology and statistical methods. You will work in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on quality and teamwork.

Competenze

Two years of post-secondary education, related work experience, or a combination is required.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word) and basic computer skills.
Front-line leadership experience and strong technical/analytical abilities.
Knowledge of blueprint interpretation, metrology, and statistical analysis.

Mansioni

Lead associates and provide feedback to managers for evaluations.
Ensure processes and products conform to specifications.
Carry out preventive maintenance on specialized testing equipment.
Assist with evaluating customer engineering and final product quality requirements.
Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support as needed.
Function as an emergency First Responder per WVSM Manual.
Report abnormalities promptly and adhere to company policies.
