Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking a Technician - QC - IAPI to perform analytical testing and data verification in a GMP environment. The role involves routine lab work, training others, and contributing to investigations on quality events.

The incumbent works on the NIGHT shift (12 hours) on a 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule, with PPE and strict safety requirements. Association with Lilly’s QA culture is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years of GMP lab experience in analytical chemistry or microbiology.
• Proficiency with MS Office and LIMS systems.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong math, documentation and data review skills.
• Experience with analytical methods including HPLC/UPLC/GC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical test methods and related activities per procedures and protocols.
• Enter data accurately and review own work for GMP compliance.
• Identify deviations and initiate investigations when needed.
• Verify (SPV) analytical data for colleagues as required.
• Assist in lab training and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Participate in investigations and continuous improvement activities.
