You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot pultrusion and extrusion equipment within Marvin's Quality Management System, helping sustain a high-quality, safe production environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on manufacturing, quality checks, and on-the-job training. The schedule is 6:30 PM–6:45 AM with a 7-out-of-14-day cycle, weekend premium, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Follow detailed processes to uphold quality in manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Comfort with long 12-hour shifts and physical work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks throughout the pultrusion process to ensure products meet specifications.
• Set up, operate, and shut down equipment while maintaining tooling care and fiber loading techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, documenting key process variables for consistency.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble pultrusion dies to keep operations efficient.
• Provide on-the-job training and assist as a Pultrusion Inspector when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment including hazardous waste management.
