Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to cover the Psychiatric Floor 2 during 32 hours per week on night shifts in Lynn, MA. The role involves delivering skilled nursing care from admission to discharge and collaborating with the care team to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

The RN will supervise Mental Health Counselors, coordinate with physicians and nursing staff, and participate in ongoing quality improvement while meeting regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan and implement care on all observed symptoms, reactions, treatments, and changes in the patient’s status.
• Report and record findings to the MD and charge nurse.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients while ensuring safety and securing valuables.
