Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join the on-site team in Elkton, Maryland, working 24 hours per week on the night shift with rotation days and weekend coverage. The role requires experience in behavioral health nursing and crisis area knowledge is highly preferred.

Applicants should have a Maryland RN license (or eligibility), BLS, and up-to-date credentials. BSN preferred; two years of acute care med/surg experience is also favored; professional certification

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Psychiatric nursing experience in inpatient or outpatient settings preferred.
• Two years of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting required.
• Professional certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health or Medical/Surgical preferred.
