Job summary

Laureate Psychiatric Clinic & Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse I for the Adult & Adolescent Eating Disorders Department. The role covers 7:00 PM–7:00 AM with weekend rotation, focusing on applying the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care.

Minimum education is a state-approved nursing program with an active RN license (multi-state or Oklahoma). 0–6 months of related experience is typical for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: nursing diploma/degree from an approved school.
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license.
• 0–6 months related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Document care steps and communicate effectively with the team.
• Coordinate patient discharge and referrals with patient education.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to meet unit goals.
• Lead through example in non-supervisory roles and participate in PI activities.
