Laureate Psychiatric Clinic & Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Nights Registered Nurse for the Eating Disorders Department in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role runs 24 hours per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, focusing on nursing assessments and care planning under hospital standards.

The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care, document steps of the nursing process, and coordinate discharge planning and education resources, with collaboration across disciplines.

Qualificações

• Active RN license (Oklahoma) or multi-state license.
• Basic professional nursing education completed as per state requirements.
• Knowledge of nursing process and patient care planning.

Responsabilidades

• Uses the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care with consideration for age and culture.
• Documents nursing steps and uses proper medical terminology.
• Addresses problems and progress toward goals.
• Facilitates patient discharge with referrals and education resources.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to meet unit goals.
• Participates in educational activities and quality improvement.
