Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking Production Associates on the night shift (6pm to 6am) with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule to help produce LPG cylinders used across the country. You will perform assembly operations, monitor product quality, and support safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities include preparing workstations, following SOPs, handling materials, operating and adjusting equipment, maintaining records, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace per 6S principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or related experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to perform basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare workstation, materials, tools, and equipment for production.
• Follow job instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements.
• Load and unload conveyors and move materials to and from the workstation.
• Operate, monitor, and make minor adjustments to equipment as trained.
• Notify leads or supervisors when equipment, product, or process is outside standard.
• Count, package, crate, and identify parts and finished products.
• Maintain required production and quality records.
• Report material shortages or production concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 6S principles.
• Work individually or as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
