Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 2 years nursing experience caring for Step Down level of care patients preferred.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing school, Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and evaluates the Patient Plan of Care.
• Collaborates with the health care team to promote patient outcomes.
• Supervises and delegates appropriately to assigned staff.
