Job summary

Silgan Containers in Menomonie, WI is seeking Production Workers for our night shift. You will pack cans, inspect products, and monitor equipment while following safety procedures. A sign‑on bonus is offered, with potential overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated reliability and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pack product into sleeves, bags, cartons, bins, pallets, etc., and load machines as required.
• Inspect cans and report defects to QA or supervisors.
• Monitor equipment and report issues or irregularities.
• Complete logs, checklists, and production records.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work area.
• Fill in across tasks to maintain production flow.
