Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Technical/Trade School required.
• 5+ years’ experience with production equipment operation and repair.
• Proficiency with insertion and bindery equipment; electronic/electric circuit experience.
• Electrical and electronics repair a plus.
• Experience with Jet/IQ reporting tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and mechanical support to all production mechanics.
• Monitor work in progress to maintain workflow and timely equipment repairs.
• Maintain parts inventory with costs and vendors.
• Track preventive maintenance per schedule and report deviations.
• Coach and supervise Technicians; manage attendance and performance.
