Job summary

NPX ONE is seeking a Production Supervisor to safely manage the Thermoforming, Padding, Reclaim and Extrusion operations, overseeing production control and inventory of packaging and finished goods. This role requires strong leadership, problem solving and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Associates Degree or higher in Business Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working conditions and practices in Thermoforming, Padding, Reclaim and Lamination Departments.
• Review attendance (timecards and calendars) in UltiPro system.
• Coach associates on work performance and attendance guidelines.
• Complete performance reviews for staff.
• Assist technicians and supervisors in diagnosing operating issues and implementing solutions.
• Coordinate scheduling to balance finished goods inventory with sales demand.
