Qualifications

• One year of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
• Three years supervisory experience preferably in food production.
• Continuous Improvement training (e.g., Green Belt, Six Sigma).
• HACCP Certification.

• Coordinate and schedule staffing to meet production goals.
• Ensure conformance to food safety and quality requirements.
• Train and develop production staff.
