Job summary

HP Hood is seeking a Production Supervisor to guide daily operations in Filling, Bulk Receiving and Processing. You will lead on-the-floor teams, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and collaborate with maintenance and warehousing to meet production goals.

The role requires 5–7 years in milk/food production with supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. On-site role with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of milk/food production with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Production, Filling, Receiving and Blow Mold teams.
• Lead safety programs, identify risks and promote safe work habits.
• Ensure OSHA and GMP compliance in daily operations.
• Coordinate with production control, customer service and warehousing to meet orders.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency.
