Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead your team of production partners to maximize efficiencies and meet daily production goals.
• Oversee plant/department processes, monitor training, and support diversity and inclusion commitments.
• Collaborate on regulatory compliance, audits, and standard operating procedures; nights and weekends work schedule.
