The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in a Life Science or Engineering field, or a relevant high-school plus multiple years of experience in chemical production or laboratory settings. This role requires on-site work in Wisconsin with a night shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Life Science/Engineering discipline.
• High School Diploma or GED plus 4+ years in chemical production, lab or chemical engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations to meet quality expectations throughout the manufacturing process.
• Perform routine assays, processes and/or unit operations.
• Support lab functions: maintain equipment, prepare reagents, restock lab supplies, dispose waste.
• Provide complete and accurate records per quality guidelines; participate in quality audits.
• Ensure all logbooks are fully completed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities via applied chemistry knowledge.
• Assist with training.
• Work in large-scale and glass lab environments.
• Adhere to 12-hour night shift schedule: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, 2/2/3 rotation.
