Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a dedicated Production Worker for the graveyard shift in Santa Cruz, California, offering $18.50/hr. You will be responsible for producing and packing products according to specifications in a clean and safe environment, adhering to GMP and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have experience in production and packaging, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. A wide range of benefits is included including medical, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safe food handling.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in various departments and change roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce and pack products to specification.
• Understand and follow recipes and written instructions.
• Maintain work area in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines.
• Identify potential defects in products and bring attention to the issue.
• Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.
