Panduit is hiring for a Sr Production Operator role to handle precision packaging, machine operation, and quality inspections in a night shift environment. Candidates should have a year of related experience, strong math and measurement skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing through most of the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new skills and knowledge.
• Basic math, calculator use and measurement tools proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of packaging, labeling, and cartoning with accuracy.
• Operate and troubleshoot basic manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines.
• Perform quality inspections following Panduit's quality systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a secure work area.
• Participate in daily 5S activities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
