Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Production Operator at our Allentown, PA facility to run lines, move materials and assist with quality checks. This role supports both packaging and wet/pouch lines, with overnight shifts and opportunities for overtime as needed.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Nestlé offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse or related environment.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow safety, health and quality standards.
• Capable of lifting, moving materials and using pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines and stations with materials to keep operations continuous.
• Measure, weigh, blend and adjust materials in manual or automated systems as needed.
• Pull samples, perform quality checks and deliver to QA.
• Inspect ingredients and pallets for foreign materials and remove issues.
• Inspect and sanitize work areas and equipment; follow safe chemical procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment; apply lockout procedures when required.
• Support the factory in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
