Weyerhaeuser is seeking entry-level Production team members for the Bruce Lumber facility in Bruce, MS. This night-shift role offers a starting rate of $18.82/hour plus a night shift premium of $1.40/hour.

Responsibilities include safely operating equipment, following safety rules, and performing tasks in a manufacturing setting. Pre-employment checks, overtime, and potential advancement are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Must complete employment application.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background, and physical.
• Able to work overtime, holidays, and night/rotating shifts.
• Able to perform labor-intensive work.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures, dusty/noisy conditions with safety gear.
• Forklift training (preferred).
• Able to work safely around moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and perform housekeeping in assigned area.
• Feed or place product onto equipment and remove items after processing.
• Interpret work instructions and complete tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new jobs and skills.
• Communicate with team members and leadership to improve safety and performance.
