Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to join our Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team in Fremont, Nebraska. You will operate machinery, package final products, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role offers a night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, a base pay of $24.50 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, and a $1,000 hiring bonus with potential for additional bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1 year+ work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and follow English instructions.
• Willingness to learn, solve problems and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety processes and safety practices for self and others.
