Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a production operator assigned to a specific cell to run production equipment, load components, and package finished product for shipment. The role requires meticulous attention to quality and adherence to formulas and SOPs.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to read a limited number of English words and recognize numbers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with money, weight, volume, and distance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in assigned cell or area.
• Load gaskets and package end product for shipment.
• Visually inspect products for quality and measure pipe dimensions.
• Report equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures; maintain a clean, safe work area.
