Job summary

A local brewery located in Luzerne County, PA is seeking a Production Maintenance Mechanic to support production through maintenance and repair of equipment. The ideal candidate should be familiar with electrical skills, capable of working in a manufacturing environment, and possess critical thinking abilities. This position requires working various shifts, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining a productive work area. A High School Diploma/GED is required, with a preference for a college degree.

Qualifications

• Familiar with all types of hand tools, grinders etc.
• Electrical skills including wiring motors and controls.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repairs and replacements in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Comply with GMP’s in a food manufacturing environment.
