Job summary

Blexity in Coppell, TX is seeking a Supervisor Production Maintenance to lead the Production Technical Support Department and ensure smooth operation of production equipment. You will report to the Manager/Sr Director Production Tech Support and supervise a team on the 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM shift, with 10% shift differential and annual bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities include directing maintenance, managing parts and inventory, and meeting cost targets while maximizing throughput.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical/trade school completed.
• 5+ years’ experience operating and repairing production equipment.
• Proficiency with insertion and bindery equipment; electrical knowledge helpful.
• Electrical/electronics repair experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Jet/IQ reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and mechanical support to all production mechanics; ensures timely repairs and continuous workflow.
• Maintains parts inventory, lists parts to order with vendor costs.
• Monitors preventive maintenance records and ensure schedule adherence.
• Keeps informed of new tech and equipment used by technical support and production.
• Fills in and assumes management responsibilities during the Department Manager’s absence.
