Job summary

LGI foundation in Harlan, IA is seeking a Production Lead for night shift operations from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. You will coordinate production activities, troubleshoot machinery, and support safety and quality programs within a rotating three- to four-day schedule.

Responsibilities include workflow management, equipment repair coordination, and training of production personnel while maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Able to troubleshoot malfunctions and repair equipment.
• Experience in edible food processing environment.
• Able to operate and train personnel on processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production area workflow, unload and blend raw products.
• Schedule production operators and assign maintenance work orders as needed.
• Monitor and ensure production safety and quality compliance.
• Complete daily reports in absence of production supervisor.
• May create bills of lading and pick pallets for outbound loads.
