Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Production Associate Lead Breast Debone to oversee daily operations across assigned production lines and processing areas, support sanitation standards, and uphold safe food handling practices.

You will lead team members working with poultry products, ensure quality per QA/USDA specs, and maintain a safe, efficient workplace. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 12:00am–9:00am, in Cromwell, Kentucky.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Lead or supervisory experience in production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees work at various stations along production lines processing poultry products.
• Adheres to safety requirements including PPE, and reports unsafe acts and conditions.
• Ensures product quality meets QA and USDA specifications.
• Maintains equipment across departments and ensures smooth operation.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
