Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in Yankton, SD, is seeking dedicated production personnel for evening and night shifts. You will support continuous improvement efforts, assist operators, and help unload and package extruded products according to detailed instructions.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with rotating shifts, heat or cold conditions, and fast-paced changes. Training opportunities and potential for profit sharing are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour rotating shifts depending on availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math operations.
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Implement, sponsor, and support continuous reliability improvement standards.
• Communicate effectively within the production team.
• Unload finished products and fulfill packaging requests per instructions.
• Assist fabrication operators by loading extrusions into processing equipment.
• Willing to train and assist neighboring departments as needed.
• Handle short cut length material tasks up to 50 feet.
