Job Description

Pay: $19.14/hr + $2/hr shift differential (530pm-530am), totaling $21.14/hr with shift differential

Shift: Tuesday - Friday, 5:30 pm - 5:30 am

Location: Pen Argyl, PA

Position: Industrial cleaner, ideal for entry-level candidates or those seeking a career steppingstone in manufacturing. Responsibilities include basic cleaning tasks, maintaining cement mixers, and prioritizing safety.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Clean facility equipment using hand tools and cleaning agents
• Climb in and out of machines and drums
• Work at heights and in tight spaces
• Ensure a safe workplace
• Wear PPE, including hearing protection, eyewear, and safety shoes
• Maintain good housekeeping standards
• Attend required training
• Support 5S initiatives
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Support production as needed

Qualifications

Skills/Abilities:

• Good communication, reasoning, and math skills
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents
• Willingness to wear PPE in designated areas

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently, up to 80 pounds occasionally, and work in various physical positions including climbing, reaching, and working in tight spaces. Reasonable accommodations available.
