Job summary
Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a factory associate for night shift on an assembly line in a cold 40-degree environment. You will stand for the full shift, load line material, glue boxes, push products, and stack pallets under leadership direction, while maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Qualifications
- Must be able to move up to 10lbs.
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from work.
- Must be able to work well with others, take direction from leadership, and maintain a safe and clean area.
- Must wear steel-toe footwear.
- Must be willing to wear PPE like safety glasses.
- Must have the ability to withstand the cold (40 degrees) for 8 - 10 hours.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must be available for weekends.
Responsibilities
- This position is in a fast-paced, order fulfillment atmosphere.
- Associates will be expected to stand on an assembly line for the entire shift in a cold environment (40 Degrees).
- Depending on location, they could be asked to load the line with material, glue boxes, push products, stack pallets, and anything else required by leadership.
- Associates must maintain a safe and clean area.
