Job summary

Novelis is seeking Production Associates (Night Shift) at our Lincolnshire facility. Starting pay $21.59 with a night premium and benefits from day one. Role supports multiple production areas and offers training for advancement to higher-paying operator positions.

The position runs 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on a 3-2-2 rotating schedule with overtime and weekend pay. Company benefits include comprehensive medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off after hours worked.

Qualifications

• Must be a leader in safety with a focus on personal and team safety.
• High school education required; post-high school preferred.
• Willing to train in other job classifications and adapt to changing assignments.
• Good decision-making and mechanical aptitude with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow plant safety rules and support safety initiatives.
• Provide manufacturing support for cold mill, annealing, tension line, strand line, and lab.
• Assist, provide break relief, and pack/wrap coils.
• Expedite scrap handling and core preparation; maintain housekeeping.
