Stemilt Growers is seeking a detail-oriented accounting/clerical professional for our Euclid Plant night shift. You will maintain grower packout records, reconcile reports with Discoverer, balance packout data, and manage production reports in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications include an associate degree (or 6 months to 1 year related experience), strong math and computer skills, and bilingual English/Spanish.

• Ability to interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good public relations and communication skills.
• Basic math skills; bilingual English/Spanish.
• Read, speak and write English and Spanish.
• Able to perform highly repetitive inspection work.
• Flexible with working schedule and co-worker relations.
• Able to work independently and take direction.
• Experience with Oracle/Discoverer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting of grower packouts and reconcile with reports.
• Balance and enter packout information.
• Manage production reports and records.
• Clear bins for inventory control.
• Notify grower of production runs.
• Update, track, and reconcile ETime.
• Monitor downtime and weekly box counts.
• Safeguard employee data.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
