Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking skilled technicians to install and service low-voltage systems across multiple locations. You will assemble products to spec, install video monitors, and ensure customer satisfaction with professional on-site service.

Shifts are nights (approx. 9:00 PM–6:00 AM), with travel between stores, overtime eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid certification. W2 employee status guaranteed.

Qualifications

Experience installing video monitors or security/AV systems.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
Ability to work nights and travel between stores.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

Assemble products to National Assemblers' specifications.
Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware per site specifications and company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
Complete documentation of work, sign-offs, and photos for each location.
Communicate status updates to Regional Manager and project leads.
Follow safety procedures and store policies while onsite.
